- Pregnancy Massage ~ Only Swedish, 1 hour, after 1st trimester.
- Reflexology ~ Offering 30 and 60 minute sessions, using both Tai and Chinese methods.
- Sports Massage ~ Great for before and after an event or game, also great for extremely active people.
- Swedish Massage ~ Overall relaxation, light to med-firm pressure, very detoxifying. Good for general stress relief.
- Trigger Point therapy ~ This is preformed during Deep Tissue massage sessions, great for chronic issues.
I am well experienced in Deep Tissue work. There are many reasons why deep tissue can be extremely effective as compared to a typical Swedish Massage. Using Trigger Point Therapy and Myofacial Release I listen and will follow cues to adjust your pressure to your tolerance and liking. I am capable of both, so try a deep tissue massage and see how it can help you. Or I can induce mental and physical relaxation and detox through lighter Swedish Massage techniques.
